Absolute Electrical Contracting of NJ, INC. is a union electrical contractor located in Roseland, NJ specializing in the service and installation of electrical systems for commercial and industrial properties. Our team of professionals provide the dependability needed to succeed in today's competitive environment. We have the ability and diversified expertise to furnish, install and maintain any electrical system in a wide range of project types. AE-NJ is currently affiliated with the following New Jersey IBEW Local Unions:

Management
We offer contract management to fit your needs. All projects are assigned a project manager who is supported by our managerial and operations staff. The project manager maintains close contact and communication with you until the project is completed to your satisfaction. We make extensive use of our computer capabilities to insure competitive pricing, efficient scheduling, change order management, cost control and quality control. Quality Control
We have established a policy of close supervision and inspection of all work, including compliance with your furnished specifications and drawings. We insist that there is no substitute for close attention to detail and all personnel associated with a project are expected to maintain our companies' high standards of performance and professionalism.
Safety
It is our policy to provide a safe working environment for the protection and health of our employees and other persons. Our safety goals include, but are not limited to the prevention of damage to property and equipment, avoidance of work interruptions, and compliance with all applicable safety regulations and requirements. AE-NJ is committed to performing all duties in a safe and accident free manner. Our safety practices are a requirement throughout the company and our IBEW Local Union trained electricians are required to maintain all certifications.
